Acceptable Use

These rules keep Hagglefy safe and trustworthy. They apply to everyone. Breaking them can result in listing removal, account suspension, or a permanent ban, and may be reported to authorities. These rules form part of our Terms of Service.
1.Be who you say you are
Provide accurate identity and contact information and complete verification honestly. Do not impersonate anyone, use another person's identity, or create accounts to evade a suspension.
2.No curbsiding or unlicensed dealing
Hagglefy is for genuine private sales. Do not sell vehicles as an undisclosed business, flip inventory at volume while posing as a private seller, or otherwise act as an unlicensed dealer. This is prohibited and may be unlawful.
3.List honestly
Describe the vehicle truthfully: condition, mileage, accident and title history, and your legal right to sell. Do not post vehicles you do not own or are not authorized to sell, vehicles with undisclosed liens, stolen vehicles, or misrepresented ones.
4.Keep contact info on-platform until reveal
Do not attempt to share or solicit phone numbers, emails, social handles, links, or addresses to move a deal off-platform before identities are revealed, or to avoid the seller fee. Our systems mask this information by design; deliberately circumventing the mask is a violation.
5.No fraud, scams, or harmful conduct
No fraud, phishing, payment scams, fake listings, price manipulation, or attempts to defraud another user. No harassment, threats, hate speech, or discrimination. No spam or automated scraping of the platform or its users.
6.No unlawful or unsafe vehicles or content
Do not list vehicles or content that violate law, safety-standards requirements, or third-party rights. Do not post malware, or content that is obscene or otherwise inappropriate for a vehicle marketplace.
7.Reporting and enforcement
If you see a violation, report it. We investigate reports and may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, withhold platform features, and cooperate with law enforcement. We may act to protect the safety and integrity of the marketplace at our discretion, consistent with our Terms and applicable law.
